Alinity Divine

Alinity is mentioned in the complaint against Twitch. Erik Estavillo from California filed a civil lawsuit seeking $25,000,000 in damages against Twitch. It claimed that Twitch provided users with "overly explicit sexually explicit content" from streamers who were female while using the site. According to the court records of Dexerto Estavillo, who earlier sued Microsoft and Sony as well as Nintendo and Blizzard and Blizzard, filed the suit on June 15, after which Twitch was issued an official summons on the next day. Estavillo is an individual who, according to his complaint in Santa Clara Superior Court of California submitted on June 15 was suffering from obsessive/compulsive problems such as addiction to sexual substances and ailments that cause him to rely solely upon the internet to entertain himself. It also states that Twitch is a major cause of these issues. The complaint then went on to mention a number of female streamers that it says "continues to provide viewers with a wide range of content that they simply want to watch players playing games on Twitch, but instead get exposed to addictive sexual content and material on a continuous regularly and daily basis." Alinity isn't included. The complaint demands all of the above streamers to be banned permanently from Twitch because they violated the TOS. They also demand an amount of $25 million as compensation which will "be divided equally among the plaintiff, other Twitch Turbo Subscribers and any remaining funds." Alinity Alinity Alinity
